Job Description
Support the Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation as a Human Resources Coordinator. This critical role involves recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records in accordance with VGFN values. As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to the HR Department.
Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining employee records. You will facilitate HR processes while ensuring cultural respect and compliance with organizational objectives.
