Support the HR team at Microart Services Inc. as a Human Resources Administrator on a 3-month contract. Engage with employees and assist in key HR functions in Markham, ON. Microart Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to enhance daily HR operations and administer various processes.
You will interact with employees at all levels, facilitating employee onboarding, benefits administration, and recruitment. This role suits individuals with prior HR experience and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Manage HR email inquiries and redirect as needed • Facilitate onboarding for new department employees • Administer employee benefits and HRIS updates • Assist in candidate recruitment and interview coordination • Prepare documentation for employee transitions Requirements: • Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent • Minimum 1 year of HR experience required • Familiarity with HRIS systems, especially Ceridian Dayforce • Strong active listening and communication skills • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality Bring your HR expertise and interpersonal skills to support Microart’s HR initiatives in Markham. #J-18808-Ljbffr
