Key Responsibilities: • Advise business units on HR and Talent strategies • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes • Collaborate on workforce planning and performance management • Provide policy guidance and ensure compliance • Lead HR projects aligned with strategic goals Requirements: • 5+ years in an HR Business Partner role • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business (preferred) • CPHR designation or working toward it • Knowledge of Canadian and U.S.
