Key ResponsibilitiesContact small and micro businesses to promote website development servicesGenerate new business opportunities through outbound calls and follow-upsSpeak confidently with business owners and decision-makersExplain the value and benefits of custom-built websites and digital solutionsConvert enquiries and leads into sales using consultative sales techniquesBuild strong relationships with prospective clientsFollow up on warm and cold leads through phone, email, and online platformsMeet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
RequirementsExperience in telesales, business development, or B2B salesProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsConfident speaking with business owners and decision-makers over the phoneHighly target-driven, competitive, and motivated by financial successStrong closing and objection-handling skillsSelf-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and perform under pressureExperience selling digital services, marketing, or website solutions is advantageous
