Our four labels - Red Flame (casualwear), Stori (formalwear), Daggerfly (denim), and No Mondays (boys' wear) - are present across 5,000+ multi-brand stores nationwide. Our philosophy has stayed the same since day one: deliver an updated, high-quality product at real value for money.
We have strong wholesale roots. Now we're building retail - and we're looking for the person to lead it.
The RoleThis is a founding retail leadership position. You will own the entire retail expansion mandate: identifying markets, negotiating sites, launching stores, building operations, and running P&L. This is a builder's role, not a manager's role.
What You'll OwnDefine and execute the retail expansion roadmap across a 3-year horizonLead end-to-end store launches - site selection, lease negotiation, fit-out, and openingDevelop the retail operations playbook: SOPs, VM standards, staffing models, customer experienceOwn retail P&L - set targets, track performance, course-correct underperforming storesEvaluate and prioritise markets: Bengaluru first, then pan-India expansionIntegrate retail with wholesale and e-commerce operationsBuild and lead the retail team from the ground up
What We're Looking For10+ years in fashion or lifestyle retail, with 4-5 years in a leadership role owning store expansionProven track record of opening multiple stores end to end - site to launchDeep knowledge of Indian retail real estate across high streets, malls, and standalone formats Strong commercial acumen and ability to run lean, efficient operationsCollaborative, founder-friendly working style - comfortable in a fast-moving, non-corporate environment
Nice to HaveExperience with multi-brand or shop-in-shop retail formatsExperience setting up POS and retail tech stacks (Ginesys, Shopify POS, or equivalent)Network with mall leasing teams and fit-out contractors
