About the RoleWe are hiring a Media Head to lead the Telugu content team and build a powerful digitalpresence in Karnataka. The ideal candidate is someone who understands content storytelling,audience psychology, and how to build scalable media engines.
Key Responsibilities Lead the Telugu content production team Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms Oversee video shoots, editing, and overall production quality Build engaging content formats that drive audience growth and leads Monitor analytics and continuously improve content performance Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to support campaigns
Requirements 3+ years of experience in media/content roles within a startup environment Experience managing a content or media team Strong understanding of social media growth strategies Fluency in Telugu and English Expertise in content ideation and digital storytelling Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and execute quickly
