Experience Required:
12-20+ years in Hospitality HR, Hotel HR Operations, Luxury Resort HR, Talent Management, Hotel Pre-Opening HR, or Hospitality Human Resources Leadership.
Candidates with strong exposure to Hotel Pre-Opening HR, Resort Launches, Luxury Hospitality Workforce Planning, and Multi-Property Hospitality Operations will be highly preferred.
Role Overview
Ridhira Group is looking for a highly strategic and operationally strong HR Head from the hospitality industry to lead talent acquisition, hotel pre-opening HR setup, workforce planning, employee engagement, culture building, learning & development, HR operations, and organizational growth initiatives across its hospitality and wellness verticals.
The ideal candidate should come from reputed luxury hotels, resorts, wellness retreats, or hospitality groups and possess strong expertise in:

This role will work closely with leadership, operations, finance, and department heads to establish a high-performance hospitality workforce and support Ridhira Group's expansion across wellness resorts and luxury hospitality projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesHotel Pre-Opening HR & Workforce PlanningLead end-to-end Hotel Pre-Opening HR activities for hospitality and resort projects.Develop organizational structures, manpower planning, staffing budgets, and recruitment strategies.Support pre-opening hiring for:HotelsResortsWellness RetreatsSpa OperationsF&B OperationsFront OfficeHousekeepingEngineering
Sales & MarketingCoordinate pre-opening onboarding, HR systems setup, policies, SOPs, and workforce readiness.Talent Acquisition & Leadership HiringLead hospitality recruitment across all operational and corporate functions.Build strong hiring pipelines for luxury hospitality talent and leadership positions.Drive employer branding initiatives for hospitality hiring and talent attraction.Collaborate with consultants, hospitality institutes, and recruitment partners.
HR Operations & Employee LifecycleOversee complete employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, performance management, and exits.Ensure smooth HR operations across hospitality projects and resort locations.Manage attendance systems, payroll coordination, HRMS, and employee documentation.Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospitality HR standards, and statutory requirements.Employee Engagement & Culture BuildingDevelop employee engagement initiatives aligned with hospitality culture and guest-centric excellence.Build wellness-driven employee experience and retention programs.Drive performance-oriented and service-focused organizational culture.Lead grievance handling, employee relations, and conflict resolution.Learning & DevelopmentDesign hospitality training programs focused on:Luxury Guest ExperienceService ExcellenceSOP TrainingLeadership DevelopmentBehavioral TrainingWellness Hospitality StandardsCollaborate with department heads to improve workforce productivity and service quality.
HR Strategy & Organizational DevelopmentPartner with leadership to align HR strategies with hospitality business goals.Build HR dashboards, manpower MIS, attrition analysis, and performance metrics.Develop succession planning and leadership development frameworks.Drive HR automation and process improvements.Leadership & Team ManagementLead HR teams across hospitality projects and corporate functions.Build scalable HR processes for multi-property hospitality operations.Ensure strong coordination between HR, operations, finance, and leadership teams.
Desired Candidate ProfileMBA / Master's Degree in HR preferred.Strong experience in Luxury Hotels, Resorts, Hospitality Groups, or Wellness Hospitality.Proven expertise in Hotel Pre-Opening HR and Hospitality Workforce Management.Strong understanding of hospitality operations and service culture.Experience handling large-scale hospitality hiring and employee engagement.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with HRMS platforms and hospitality HR systems.Exposure to wellness hospitality, luxury resorts, or destination hospitality is highly preferred.
