Human Resources Business Partner

We're Hiring: HR Business Partner (HRBP) People Tech Group Key Responsibilities:• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals• Drive performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives• Handle stakeholder management and act as a trusted HR partner across teams• Support employee relations, retention initiatives, and workforce planning• Manage employee lifecycle and employee experience initiatives Preferred Candidate Profile:• 1-3 years of experience in complete HRBP role .• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills• Hands-on experience in performance management systems and employee engagement• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment• Experience in IT/Corporate environment is preferred
