Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore Experience: 5-7 years Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)• Execute seamless onboarding, induction, and documentation processes• Maintain and update employee data in HRMS with high accuracy• Handle employee records, personal files, and documentation audits• Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, and reimbursements• Manage attendance tracking, leave records, and regular reconciliations• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements• Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes• Support performance management cycles and HR initiatives• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth HR service delivery• Drive process improvements and automation in HR operations• Work extensively on HR systems (SuccessFactors experience preferred)• Support audits and ensure documentation readiness
Requirements:• MBA in Human Resources or related field, BSc (Maths, Stats), BE (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical & Electronics).• 5-7 years of relevant HR operations experience• Hands-on experience in HRMS tools (SuccessFactors preferred)• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
