A proven track record of implementing and enhancing financial processes, controls, and systems would be highly advantageous.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and core finance processesPrepare and manage cash flow forecasts, liquidity planning, and balance sheet reconciliationsLead cash flow forecasting, monitoring, and treasury management across the businessMaintain and enhance financial controls relating to cash movements, payments, and transactionsSupport the production of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activitiesLead, develop and mentor a small finance teamBe the finance point of contact for external stakeholders including banks, payment providers ectOversee trust accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and appropriate governanceDrive continuous improvement initiatives across financial systems, processes, and operational efficienciesSupport with the year-end process and regulatory compliance requirementsPartner closely with the Finance Director on strategic projects as the business continues to expand through both organic growth and acquisitionsThis role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic and fast-growing organisation.
