Job Description
Nestasia is looking for a VP - Performance Marketing who will have the end-to-end responsibility for building and delivering a predictable and scalable customer acquisition strategy. The VP - Performance Marketing has to spearhead the marketing strategies and be able to plan and execute those while supporting a team.
Note: This is a hybrid role requiring presence in Kolkata (Head-Office) for 10 days every month, with the remaining 20 days working remotely.
Duties and responsibilities
Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy& execution planOwn the strategy for all media: paid search, paid social and organic campaigns (AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, SEO) from conception to execution.Be responsible for creating reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns and website traffic to help optimize all campaigns.Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaignsManaging budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CACEnsuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channelsIdentifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metricsWorking closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present resultsAnalyze performance and understand the details and effectiveness of each campaign and adopt a continual test and learn approach to all performance marketing activities.Drive optimization plans through analysis of large data sets.Advise on and allocate digital marketing budgets, constantly analyzing spend and recommending changes as necessary to ensure optimization.Be the point of contact with our digital media agency.Lead, motivate and grow the team and share expertise to improve and better the growth of the brand
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and analytical skillsShould have attention to detailsShould have good work ethics and calm attitude6-8 years performance marketing experience where D2C performance management activities have been managed and has worked on high budget (100 Cr+) brands, 2-3 years in an agency and 4-5 years in a consumer focused brandAbility to work with multiple stakeholders/ external agenciesDigital media understanding, planning and evaluationStrong creative sensibilitiesHigh ownership and passionExperience working on multiple projects and managing tight timelines
