Marketing Graphic Designer
Refy9 Innovations
Job Description
Company Description Refy9 Innovations is a technology company behind OKKAI, an intelligent fashion companion that blends Vision AI with Fashion Intelligence. The company operates across enterprise solutions for trend forecasting, retail intelligence, and consumer insights, as well as tools that help individuals understand, style, and manage their wardrobes more intelligently. Refy9 focuses on making fashion more contextual, personalized, and behavior-aware rather than just trend- or transaction-driven.
By combining intelligence, consumer psychology, and retail systems, Refy9 builds products that connect fashion experiences seamlessly between industry and consumers. This environment offers creative professionals the opportunity to work at the intersection of fashion, technology, and user-centric design. Role Description This is a full-time Marketing Graphic Designer role with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days.
The Marketing Graphic Designer will create visually compelling assets for digital campaigns, social media, product launches, and brand communication, ensuring a consistent and modern visual identity across all touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics for web and mobile, marketing collateral, presentations, and performance ads, while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and content teams. The role also involves translating brand and campaign strategies into clear visual concepts, preparing files for production, and iterating designs based on performance data and feedback.
The designer will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within deadlines, and maintain a high standard of visual quality that aligns with Refy9’s fashion-tech positioning. Qualifications Strong visual and graphic design skills, including experience with Graphic Design, Branding, and creating marketing-ready Graphics. Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing and Marketing-focused design, especially for digital channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, performance ads, email creatives).
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar) and an understanding of design for web and mobile interfaces. A solid portfolio showcasing marketing design work, brand systems, and social media creatives, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or technology domains. Ability to interpret briefs, communicate design rationale, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Attention to detail, strong sense of typography, color, and layout, and familiarity with basic motion graphics or video editing is a plus. Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
