Job Title - Senior Content WriterLocation - Mumbai
Role Details:As a Senior Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and performance-driven content across digital channels. You will work closely with marketing, design, product, and compliance teams to deliver content that aligns with brand guidelines, business goals, and regulatory requirements.
Role Description / Key Responsibilities
Create clear, compelling, and brand-aligned content across multiple platforms including websites, mobile apps, emails, social media, blogs, landing pages, and digital campaignsWrite growth and performance-oriented copies for emailers, SMS/WhatsApp, in-app banners, push notifications, paid social ads, and Google adsDevelop creative copies and captions for social media posts and assist with content publishing calendarsCollaborate with designers, video teams, and agencies to develop multimedia assets ensuring consistent tone and messagingProofread, edit, and review content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand and compliance guidelinesAdapt content based on performance insights, audience behavior, and campaign goalsWork closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Digital, CRM, Compliance) to understand requirements and translate them into effective customer-facing communicationMaintain content quality, consistency, and timelines across all deliverables
EducationEssential Requirement:Graduate or Postgraduate degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field from a reputed institution
Work Experience
Essential Requirement:
3-6 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, content marketing, or digital marketingStrong portfolio demonstrating writing for digital platforms and marketing campaignsExperience working with SEO-friendly content and basic understanding of content performance metricsFamiliarity with CMS platforms and collaboration with cross-functional teamsPrior experience in BFSI / Fintech / Digital-first brands (preferred)
