In this role, you’ll report to the Crew Supervisor, where your main responsibility involves managing traffic around active construction zones. You will engage with pedestrians and motorists while following the traffic control plan. Key Responsibilities: • Direct traffic using signs and 2-way radios • Follow traffic plans as communicated by Supervisors • Collaborate with Site Supervisors and TCPs for efficiency • Interact safely with pedestrians and motorists • Report unsafe acts or conditions observed Requirements: • Excellent communication skills • Positive attitude and teamwork capability • Experience as a TCP preferred • Valid driver’s license (G2 or G) • Willing to work night shifts when required Utilize your skills to safely manage traffic and grow with The Forest Group in the dynamic construction industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
