You show discernment, attention to details, and want to evolve quickly.We are seeking a detail-oriented Task Card Author with at least 3 years of experience in technical documentation and maintenance task creation.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining task cards/work instructions used in maintenance, repair, and operational activities. The role requires strong technical writing skills and the ability to interpret engineering documents, manuals, and maintenance procedures.

Your main responsibilities:

• Create and maintain aircraft maintenance task cards based on OEM documentation such as:
• Maintenance Planning Document (MPD)
• AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual)
• SRM (Structural Repair Manual)
• CMM (Component Maintenance Manual)
• IPC (Illustrated Parts Catalog)
• WDM (Wiring Diagram Manual)
• Convert engineering data into clear, technician-friendly maintenance instructions.
• Ensure task cards comply with applicable EASA, FAA, and DGCA regulations and airworthiness standards.
• Interpret Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), Engineering Orders (EOs), Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) and incorporate them into task documentation.
• Maintain proper document control, revision tracking, and configuration management of task cards.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Planning, CAMO, and Quality Assurance teams for validation and updates.
• Ensure task cards include required tools, materials, safety precautions, and references.
• Participate in continuous improvement of maintenance documentation processes.

Your qualifications and skills:

• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in:
• Aeronautical Engineering
• Aerospace Engineering
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation technical documentation or maintenance planning.
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation and ATA chapter system.
• Ability to interpret OEM manuals and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and maintenance standards.
• Experience working with airlines or MRO organizations.
• Familiarity with ATA iSpec 2200 / S1000D documentation standards.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning software and MRO systems, such as AMOS, TRAX, Ramco Aviation Maintenance, Rusada ENVISION, Veryon Tracking, and Lufthansa Technik flydocs.
• Understanding of base/line maintenance and heavy maintenance workflows.
• Comfortable using AI-based tools in day-to-day work to improve productivity and quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
