Senior Manager -Services ProcurementShift - EMEA shift ( should be flexible for US est hours based on business needs ) Location : Hyderabad only - Hybrid model ( 2-3 days work from office )Experience : minimum 15 + years of relevant experienceRequired Skillset: Pure-SOW procurement, services procurement, stakeholder management, contract management and negotiation, global sourcing, team handling, conflict resolution, leadership capability, and team management Client Experience: Delivering SOW or procurement-type provisions.- Global Perspective: Experience managing a large geographical footprint.- Leadership: Proven people management and development skills.- VMS Experience: Proficiency with VMS tools, specifically SAP Fieldglass.- Core Procurement Knowledge: Strong understanding of associated processes, including RFPs, contracting, and negotiation
