Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projectsDevelop architectural concepts, layouts, drawings, and design presentationsCoordinate with consultants, structural teams, MEP teams, and project stakeholdersReview architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentsEnsure projects comply with local building regulations, safety standards, and company guidelinesConduct site visits and monitor architectural execution and quality standardsManage project timelines, approvals, and design coordination activitiesSupport project planning, material selection, and design optimizationCoordinate with contractors and vendors for smooth project executionProvide technical guidance and mentoring to junior architects and design teams

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in architectural design and project coordinationProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural softwareGood knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulationsStrong communication, leadership, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

Qualification:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in ArchitectureCOA Registration preferredPreferred Industry Experience:Real Estate / Construction / Township / Commercial ProjectsExperience in high-rise residential and large-scale developments preferred
