Job Summary:Policybazaar is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Area Manager - Field to lead and drive high-performing hybrid sales teams. The candidate must have strong exposure to B2C and Field Sales (Mandatory) along with experience managing both field and telesales operations in a target-driven environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate field sales teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targetsMust have hands-on experience handling both field sales and telesales teamsPlan and execute strategies to improve productivity and conversionsConduct regular field visits and call audits for coaching and performance improvementMonitor attendance, daily productivity, and overall team performanceDrive revenue targets and ensure business growthTrain and onboard new sales executivesMaintain MIS reports and performance dashboardsEnsure compliance with company policies and quality standards
Mandatory Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C / Field Sales.B2C and Field Sales experience mandatoryTeam Handling experience: 1-2 years (Mandatory)Strong exposure to on-ground sales operationsComfortable working 6 days a week with rotational shiftsExcellent communication and leadership skillsTarget-driven mindset with ability to manage hybrid sales teams
