POSITION'S OBJECTIVE: (Brief on position's objective) The Regional Marketing Manager will lead and execute regional marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition and store footfall via hyperlocal activities. This role acts as the key bridge between the brand and marketing team and retail stores, ensuring that national campaigns are effectively localized and that stores receive strong strategic and operational marketing support.The role will oversee regional campaigns across offline channels, with a strong focus on Outdoor Marketing (OOH), Cinema advertising, Local activations & Events.Role will require coordination withinVertical Brand Team - Brand Team, Social Media TeamDepartment Brand & Marketing - Creative & Copy Team, Visual Merchandising & Public Relations, Digital MarketingCompany Markets & Projects Team - for a regular update on existing stores across brands and New Store Openings along with strategic plans for each region. Company Markets & Product/Services Teams - for deeper understanding of Products/Services & Store CatchmentsCompany Legal, Finance, Commercial & Audit - for smooth functioning of the projects and partnershipsExternal Partners & Collaborators - as per need KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with overall brand and business objectives.Identify regional customer insights, market trends, and competitive opportunities to create localized marketing plans.Partner closely with Market teams to understand business needs and drive store-level growth initiatives including planningSupport store launches, seasonal campaigns, promotional periods, and key sales events.Act as a primary point of contact in Brand and Marketing for all regional activations.Work closely with creative teams to ensure timely alignments Plan and manage all Outdoor advertising in consultation with Markets TeamsWork with agencies and vendors to negotiate placements and ensure timely executionManage partnerships with malls, local organizations, and brand partnersDrive experiential marketing initiatives that strengthen customer connection with the brandTrack, report and analyse the effectiveness of the deployed campaigns
Years of Experience:5+ Yrs. Exp. in Retail & Regional Brand Marketing.Previous Work in established Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle Brands will be a key advantageProven experience handling Traditional media, Events, and Store marketing.Strong Reporting, Data Management and Analytics Skills especially Excel/Google Sheets & PowerPoint/Google SlidesExperience working across multiple regions preferred.
Bachelor/Master/DoctorateMasters in Business Administration
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Strong understanding of regional and retail marketing.Experience in OOH, cinema, and Traditional media planning.Excellent project management and execution skills.Ability to develop localized marketing strategies.Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.Creative thinking with strong execution orientation.
