Job descriptionRole Objective:Drive scalable lead generation and business growth through data-driven performance marketingstrategies across paid digital channels. Own end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, andmeasurement with a clear focus on ROI and business impact.Key responsibilities:• Own and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaignsfrom strategy and mediaplanning to optimization and reporting-focused on high-quality lead generation.• Translate business objectives into actionable performance marketing strategies and delivermonthly targets efficiently.• Lead paid digital channels including Search (SEM), Programmatic (DV360 / DoubleClick), PaidSocial (Meta), Native, Affiliates, Portals, and Direct Buys.• Drive audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and landing page performance to improveconversion rates.• Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and attribution frameworks aligned to businessoutcomes.• Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, creative experimentation, and platforminnovation.• Collaborate with internal teams (brand, creative, content, tech, sales) to scale campaign impactand traffic.• Track digital and social trends, platform updates, and new ad formats to maintain competitiveadvantage.• Analyse campaign data, extract insights, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiencyand performance.Skill & Experience:• Proven experience in performance-led digital marketing for luxury real estate, with a strong trackrecord in lead generation for high-value residential properties in the Mumbai market.• Deep understanding of Mumbai buyer cohorts, including HNI / UHNI segments, micro-marketdynamics, and long consideration cycles.• Demonstrated ability to drive high-quality, sales-ready leads while balancing CPL efficiency andlead quality.• Experience managing large budgets and optimizing campaigns for premium inventory with longerconversion funnels.• 8-10 years of experience with 6+ years in performance-driven digital marketing.• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Native platforms (e.g., Taboola), andaffiliate ecosystems.• Highly analytical, performance-focused, and outcome-driven mindset
