- Conversant with R12 HR Technical Database tables & structures

- Reports and Oracle HR Knowledge is must

- Ability to multi-task, assess the priority of requests and work in a fast-paced, dynamic- Agile environment work environment

- Ability to follow program standards, development methodology, and project management techniques

- Ability to understand business problems and develop technical solutions

- Flexibility in supporting production, upgrades, changes, and user support requests via on-call rotation

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively is a necessity

- Candidate should be strong technically and must have functional experience

- Work directly with EBS functional specialists or business users to thoroughly understand functional requirements to produce highly effective technical design documentation
