WHAT YOU'LL OWN: End-to-end HR for 100+ staff (hospitality, F&B, kitchen, security) Daily attendance, grievance log, recruitment tracker SOP compliance walks (you'll be the on-floor HR presence, not desk-bound) Payroll reconciliation, PF/ESI/PT/TDS, labour audit, license renewals Performance reviews, conflict resolution, exit interviews Weekly HR dashboard direct to Founder Daily 10-staff conversation log (we hear our team)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:- 3+ years in HR (F&B / hospitality / hotels / multi-outlet retail = bonus)- Comfortable with night-shift industry (3PM - 11 pm working hours)- Excellent at people-handling, payroll, statutory compliance- Tech-friendly - we run our HR ops on AI tools + custom dashboards- Direct, honest, no-fluff communication style- Bangalore-based or willing to relocate immediately
