Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry to oversee all human resource and payroll functions at Ramada by Wyndham, Aligarh. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll processing, and HR operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for hotel staffHandle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processesEnsure compliance with labour laws and company policiesDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goalsMaintain employee records, attendance, and leave management using HRMSProcess monthly payroll, including salary, overtime, incentives, and deductionsEnsure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, bonus, gratuity, etc.)Coordinate with finance/accounts for payroll reconciliation and disbursementMaintain payroll records and generate reportsEnsure accuracy in attendance inputs for payroll processingConduct training and development programs for staffPromote a positive workplace culture and employee engagementEnsure adherence to hospitality standards and service culture
Eligibility CriteriaExperience: 4-6 years in HR, preferably in the hospitality industryEducation: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related fieldStrong knowledge of labour laws and payroll processingExperience handling statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred SkillsExperience in hotel HR operationsHands-on experience with payroll software/HRMSStrong leadership and problem-solving abilitiesHigh level of professionalism and adaptability
