Pursue a vital role as a Human Resources Administrator in a manufacturing facility. Collaborate closely with operational teams, focusing on recruitment, training, and compliance with employment laws. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will assist the HR Manager in various staff and personnel matters.
Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment processes, providing HR support, and facilitating training presentations. Additionally, you will monitor attendance programs and ensure that HR strategies align with company objectives.
