Urgent hiring for Graphic Designer cum Desktop Support Executive Job Description – IT Executive / IT & Digital Support Coordinator Experience: 2–5 Years CTC : 5 LPA ( Depends on Interview ) Location: Greater Noida / Delhi NCR Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and versatile IT Executive who can independently manage the company's IT infrastructure, digital assets, email systems, website updates, domain and hosting management, and basic graphic designing requirements. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day technical support along with digital branding and online platform management. About the Role We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer cum Desktop Support Executive .

This role is primarily focused on Graphic Designing (80%) with additional responsibility for Desktop Support (20%) . The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging visual content while also providing basic IT support and system maintenance. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design (80%) Design creative graphics for social media, websites, brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.

Create branding materials, logos, presentations, and promotional content. Develop visual concepts aligned with company branding guidelines. Edit images, videos, and multimedia content for digital marketing.

Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to create impactful creatives. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design projects. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and creative techniques.

Desktop Support (20%) Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. Install and configure software, operating systems, and applications. Troubleshoot basic hardware, network, email, and system-related issues.

Assist employees with IT-related queries and technical support. Maintain IT asset records and coordinate with vendors when required. Required Skills Graphic Design Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva , and other design tools.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and layout design. Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects will be an added advantage. Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.

Desktop Support Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, printer configuration, and networking. Experience in desktop troubleshooting and hardware/software installation. Understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and user support.

Qualification Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in graphic designing with exposure to desktop support. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
