Graphic Designer – Events & Experiential

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office) At FullStop Entertainment LLP , we create immersive brand experiences for some of the most exciting names in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. We're looking for a Graphic Designer with exceptional visual sensibilities who can bring event concepts to life through bold, memorable, and production-ready designs. What You'll Do Conceptualize and design branding for events, launches, and experiential campaigns.

Create high-impact visuals for stage backdrops, LED screens, standees, installations, menus, invites, presentations, social media, and other event collateral. Collaborate with strategy, client servicing, production, and content teams to translate ideas into compelling creative assets. Ensure consistency in branding while delivering designs that are aesthetically strong and execution-friendly.

Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors when required. Manage multiple projects and deliver quality work within tight timelines. What We're Looking For 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an events, branding, or creative agency environment.

A strong portfolio showcasing event branding, visual identity systems, and high-quality design work. Excellent command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with After Effects or Figma is a plus.

A keen eye for typography, layout, color, composition, and overall aesthetics. The ability to think conceptually while paying close attention to detail. Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes ownership of their work.

Bonus Points If You Have Experience working with F&B, hospitality, nightlife, or lifestyle brands. Knowledge of large-format print production and on-ground event branding. Exposure to experiential marketing campaigns and brand activations.
