Finance ManagerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Finance Manager with strong expertise in Accounting, GST, TDS, Compliance, and Financial Reporting. The ideal candidate should be a CA Inter (IPCC) cleared professional with Articleship experience or a CMA Semi-Qualified candidate, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and financial reporting.Ensure complete GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, and resolution of discrepancies.Handle TDS deductions, payments, return filing, and issuance of statutory certificates.Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statements.Support and coordinate Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits.Conduct vendor and customer ledger reviews to ensure timely payments and collections.Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and management reports.Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders.Lead and mentor the finance team while ensuring adherence to financial controls and reporting timelines.Qualifications & ExperienceCA Inter (IPCC) cleared with completed Articleship OR CMA Semi-Qualified.3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, Compliance, and Financial Reporting.Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Audit, and Statutory Compliance.Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and Advanced MS Excel.Experience in preparing MIS reports and financial analysis.Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
