Finance Intern

Accounting & Finance Intern Location: Pune (Full-Time, On-Site) Duration: 6 Months Internship Department: Finance & Accounts About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Intern to join our Finance team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to accounting operations, financial documentation, invoicing, reconciliations, taxation basics, and day-to-day finance processes in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in finance and accounting, good analytical skills, and a willingness to learn practical financial operations.

Roles & Responsibilities Assist in maintaining accounting records and financial documentation Support invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense tracking Help with bank reconciliations and ledger entries Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS reports Maintain records of bills, invoices, and receipts systematically Support the finance team during audits and compliance activities Assist in GST, TDS, and other basic taxation-related documentation Coordinate with internal teams for payment follow-ups and approvals Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations Requirements Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or related field Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance concepts Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets Knowledge of Tally or accounting software is a plus Good numerical and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Good communication and coordination skills Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment Preferred Skills Understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting Knowledge of GST and taxation basics Ability to manage data accurately and maintain confidentiality PPO Opportunity This is a 6-month internship program with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity. Based on the intern's performance, learning ability, and overall contribution during the internship period, candidates may be considered for a full-time role with the company after successful completion of the internship.
