You'll work closely with site-based teams, helping them understand financial results and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.This is a highly visible role offering a blend of reporting, forecasting, and commercial support within a complex, multi-site environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with operational teams to deliver timely and accurate financial insightSupport the preparation of budgets and forecasts, with a focus on key cost driversProduce weekly management reporting and analysisDeliver detailed variance analysis for monthly and periodic reporting cyclesProvide meaningful insight to support decision-making and performance improvementIdentify opportunities to drive cost efficiency and enhance business processesSupport financial controls, governance, and compliance activitiesAssist with product costing, pricing, and margin analysisWork closely with the wider finance team on ad hoc analysis and project workAbout YouPrevious experience in a finance or analytical roleStrong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detailConfident communicator, able to influence and challenge stakeholdersProactive mindset with the ability to spot trends and opportunitiesHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
