Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Loomkaari Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role provides comprehensive executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. The Executive Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as organizing documents, drafting correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting internal and external communications. The role also involves coordinating with artisans, vendors, and partners when needed, helping ensure smooth studio operations and timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership, anticipate needs, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination.Candidates should possess skills in Administrative Assistance and handling Expense Reports, including documentation, tracking, and basic budgeting support.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional email and phone etiquette.Relevant skills such as organization, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.Comfort working in an on-site studio environment, collaborating with creative and operations teams, and maintaining confidentiality in executive matters.Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, scheduling software); experience in design, textiles, or artisan-led businesses is a plus.Preferred qualification: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
