ABOUT THE ROLEAs the Community Manager at Hyperscale Leaders Tribe, you are the face of the tribe - the firstperson members turn to, the guardian of our culture, and the architect of our community experience.You work at the intersection of people, content, and operations, with full ownership of the community'shealth and vitality. Private Network Management Own and actively manage Hyperscale's private social network - the digital home of our tribe. Bepresent, be warm, be the face members trust. Respond to all member queries and inbox messages swiftly and with care - no message goesunanswered, no member feels ignored.
Enforce community guidelines firmly but graciously - removing spam posts, flagging violations,and ensuring the network remains a safe and high-value space. Facilitator Identification & Coordination Scout and identify potential facilitators within the community who are a strong fit for Hyperscale'svalues and standards - and present shortlists to the Founder for approval. Once approved, onboard and orient new facilitators - sharing the guidelines, the do's anddon'ts, and setting them up for success from day one. Continuously observe facilitator sessions and provide constructive, one-on-one feedback toelevate their performance and keep standards consistently high.
Be the quality bridge between facilitators and leadership - you see what others miss, and youact on it.03. Meetup Planning & Experience Management Maintain the master meetup calendar - scheduling meetups, regular sessions, new memberorientations, and all other community events without a single gap or clash. Assign facilitators to sessions, and handle all logistics: event creation on the private network,thumbnail design, descriptions, Zoom links, and WhatsApp invites to drive attendance.
Track attendance and show-up rates at every meetup - and use that data to continuouslyimprove how we engage and retain members. Obsess over the quality of every session. Ask: are members getting real value, every minute?
Ifnot, step in, course-correct, and level it up. Celebrate wins with facilitators who excel. Give precise, kind feedback to those who need togrow.04.
Community Vigilance & Culture Protection Be the tribe's first line of defence. Monitor for spammers, self-promoters, and bad actors whoattempt to disrupt or exploit the community. Act fast when members flag suspicious activity - the community trusts you to respond atlightning speed when something feels wrong.
Ensure every member consistently experiences a safe, respectful, and value-rich environment -this is non-negotiable. Proactively build and reinforce a culture of accountability, warmth, and excellence across everycorner of the community.
