Lead the Central Scheduling team at SIGA, ensuring effective casino scheduling and compliance with policies. Monitor trends in attendance and maintain robust data reporting systems. As a Casino Scheduling Manager, you will oversee all scheduling aspects, manage lost time, and fill vacancies as needed.
Your role involves data tracking and reporting while ensuring adherence to scheduling rules and labour laws. Additionally, you will be involved in staffing performance management and other SIGA projects. Key Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of casino scheduling, including call-ins and shift exchanges • Report data trends on lost time and compliance with policies • Implement data tracking and reporting systems effectively • Reconcile daily timecards to ensure accuracy • Lead staffing and performance management activities for the team Requirements: • Certificate in Human Resources or Labour Relations • Minimum five years in scheduling and attendance management • Experience in data analysis and reporting • Knowledge of Employment Standards and Labour Law • Budget management experience preferred Drive effective scheduling and compliance strategies while leading a dedicated team at SIGA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
