As a vital member of the Fraud Contact Centre team, this full-time role focuses on ensuring exceptional service delivery to both internal and external clients. You'll confront complex issues regarding fraud applications, account takeovers, and payments while working from home under the Agent@Home program. Your expertise in identifying suspicious activities is crucial for minimizing fraud losses.
Key Responsibilities: • Investigate fraudulent activities to mitigate risks • Analyze transactions and customer profiles swiftly • Collaborate with fraud specialists across departments • Resolve complex fraud issues using decision-making skills • Provide excellent client service during calls
Requirements: • Experience with COINS/ECIF, PRM, TSYS, or CRS • Bilingual in French and English for client support • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking • Ability to work independently in a secure environment • Flexibility for overnight shifts is essential
