Hiring: Business Development - Demand Generation & Analytics Services Preferred: MBA / PGDM Experience: 5+Years About the RoleWe are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals with experience in selling Demand Generation, Market Research, Analytics, or Data-driven Business Solutions to enterprise clients.The role involves driving new business opportunities, managing enterprise accounts, and working closely with CXO-level stakeholders across industries. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to consultative B2B sales and experience handling end-to-end sales cycles for service-based offerings. Key Responsibilities New Business Development (Hunting)Identify and engage enterprise and mid-market clients for Demand Generation, Analytics, Market Research, and Digital Transformation servicesBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic outreachDrive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation qualification solution pitching closure Account Management & Growth (Farming)Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunitiesDrive upselling and cross-selling of analytics, research, and demand generation solutionsWork closely with delivery and strategy teams to ensure client success Client & Stakeholder ManagementEngage with CXO-level stakeholders, marketing leaders, and business headsUnderstand client business challenges and position consultative solutions accordinglyCollaborate internally for proposal creation, solutioning, and client presentations Desired Candidate ProfileExperience in selling Demand Generation Services, Analytics Services, Market Research, ABM, Lead Generation, or B2B Marketing SolutionsStrong understanding of enterprise B2B sales and consultative sellingExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and drive revenue growth
Preferred BackgroundExperience working with IT Services, Marketing Services, Research & Analytics, or Consulting organizationsExposure to enterprise sales tools, proposal building, and strategic account managementPrior experience engaging with global clients and leadership stakeholders is an added advantage
