Join a dynamic team in Toronto as a Business Application Analyst III, focusing on Workday Talent Management. Utilize your expertise to enhance performance management and succession planning processes in a 37.5-hour work week.
As part of the Talent and Skills Management Pod within Corporate Platforms, you will be key to optimizing Workday Talent Management modules. Your responsibilities will include translating business requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring compliance with data governance and privacy standards. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to enhance talent management processes and participate in testing and deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities: • Configure and maintain Workday Talent Management modules • Translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations • Partner with HR for end-to-end process optimization • Conduct testing activities and ensure compliance requirements are met • Lead projects and assess impact across integrated modules
Requirements: • Experience with enterprise-scale Talent Management programs in Workday • Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance • Workday Pro Certification preferred • Experience with business process development and maintenance • Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
