Technical Co-Founder

Dropx is a growing logistics operations company supporting leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms across multiple locations in India. We are building a technology ecosystem to solve real operational challenges across workforce management, operations, analytics, finance tracking, and automation. The initial phase involves building and validating these products within Dropx.

The long-term vision is to transition these products into a dedicated technology company serving logistics and operations-driven businesses. We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder who wants to build this journey from the ground up.

Key Requirements• Operations ERP • Workforce Management Platform • Attendance & Compliance Systems • Rider & Employee Mobile Applications • Analytics & Reporting Dashboards • Workflow Automation Tools • Internal Communication & Task Management Systems• Lead product and technology architecture • Build web and mobile applications from the ground up • Design backend systems, APIs, and databases • Work closely with operations teams to understand workflows • Convert operational challenges into scalable software products • Drive product decisions and technical roadmap • Build the foundation for a future technology company

Expertise Required• Full Stack Development experience • Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript • Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Flutter, React Native, or similar technologies • Experience building products from scratch • Startup experience preferred • Strong problem-solving mindset • Ability to work independently and take ownership • Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term commitment

Compensation & BenefitsThis is a founding-stage opportunity for a future technology venture being incubated within Dropx. To allow the selected candidate to focus on building the product during the initial development and validation phase, a salary/stipend will be provided during the first few months. The long-term intention is to transition the platform into a separate technology company.

The selected candidate is expected to become a Co-Founder and lead the technology function of the new venture, subject to mutual alignment, commitment, and execution during the incubation phase. We are looking for someone who is excited about building a company, not just writing code.
