We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join one of our services in South Tyneside. About the Role As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supervising and supporting the delivery of high-quality care.

You'll lead and motivate your team while ensuring the best outcomes for the individuals we support. You will oversee support for individuals with: AutismMental health needsLearning disabilitiesBehaviours that may challenge What We're Looking For We're looking for a passionate and committed leader who can inspire others and deliver excellent care.
