We are a Top 20 Great Place to Work and are proud of our incredible people, our unique values-led culture and our iconic market leading brands such as LINDOR & GOLD BUNNY.We’re also proud of being one of the few bean-to-bar chocolate makers in the world, where we control every step of our chocolate production.Where you’ll be basedThis role is based in LUK - GBR - Corporate - Head OfficeStore and is hours per weekKey ResponsibilitiesProvide insights & analysis to enable high quality decision making across our business.Responding to adhoc business questionsProducing periodic reporting that supports our business planning processProvide projections/forecasts on future market growth and dynamicsResponsible for day-to-day management of external data providers (e.g. Circana & Worldpanel)Managing embedded agency resourceLeading our data partners integrationCreating a data democracyEnsuring that key performance data is available to a wide range of stakeholders across our business on a periodic basisWhat experience you’ll bringIdeally you will be:Comfortable working across all levels of a matrix organizationAble to make the complex simple and understoodComfortable working with large and complex data setsCompelling communicator and presenter who’s able to tailor dependent on audienceExperienced in managing external data agency workloads and day-to-day relationshipsComfortable in designing needs-based Excel & Power BI solutionsExperienced with working with EPOS and shopper data suppliers (Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, etc.)Where you’ll be basedThis role is based in Richmond Upon Thames, London (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%)How you will be rewardedInternal Level 2For the Market Insights Manager position, the salary range is £50,000 - £62,000.
