Job Description
The Role As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll provide essential coordination and administrative support to the recruitment team during a busy period of hiring growth. You'll coordinate interviews, support onboarding activities, maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, and help ensure recruitment activity runs smoothly across multiple US sites. You'll also support the team with recruitment administration, employer branding activity, responding to recruitment-related queries, and assisting with a variety of ongoing projects and hiring initiatives.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build experience within recruitment or HR while working in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment where you’ll quickly gain exposure to a broad range of activities and stakeholders. About You We’re open to considering candidates from a range of backgrounds, and previous recruitment experience is not essential. What’s most important is that you are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and confident managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently and professionally, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of support and coordination. Previous administrative or coordination experience would be beneficial, particularly within a fast‑paced or regulated environment. This role would suit someone looking to develop a career within recruitment, HR, or people operations while gaining experience within a growing global business.
