The Role Are you highly organized, people‑focused, and ready to grow in the world of HR and recruiting? Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and help us build the exceptional team that supports children and families through ABA therapy services. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support the full‑cycle recruitment process—from scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates to assisting with onboarding and orientation.
If you’re detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about making a difference, we’d love to meet you. The day‑to‑day responsibilities include: Communicate with applicants with professionalism, empathy, and clarity. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records in Paylocity.
Support onboarding activities, including document collection, background checks, and compliance tracking. Help facilitate engaging biweekly new hire orientation sessions. Conduct 30‑day “care calls” with new hires to ensure a positive transition.
Input new hire data into scheduling and HR systems. Observe and learn interview techniques through shadowing and hands‑on support. Assist in recruitment initiatives like job fairs and hiring events.
Collaborate with HR on continuous improvement projects and administrative tasks. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in HR, Psychology, or Business is a plus). At least 2 years of administrative, HR, or recruiting experience (internships or volunteering count).
Willingness to learn systems like Paylocity and applicant tracking software. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. A team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for growth.
Ideal candidate qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required. SHRM‑CP or PHR preferred. Full compensation package based on candidate experience and certifications. $24 - $26 USD.
