Position PurposeThe Freemen Nutra Group team is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary purpose of this position is to manage the sourcing of ingredients and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality, and to support the sales team with technical and commercial expertise.

Essential Job FunctionsIdentify and evaluate potential suppliers for ingredients and materialsNegotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliersManage supplier relationships and performanceConduct market research and stay updated on industry trendsCollaborate with the sales team to understand technical and commercial requirementsEnsure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsCoordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of materialsResolve any issues related to supplier quality and deliveryPerform other duties as assigned, including administrative tasks within the office

Minimum RequirementsProficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook5-7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, particularly in a B2B environmentHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to work independently and efficiently on assigned tasksCapability to manage multiple tasks/orders simultaneouslyStrong communication and negotiation skillsProfessional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to follow instructions and work collaboratively with co-workers

Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of ERP software - Sage x3 preferredGraduation / PG in Science fieldExperience in the Ingredients Industry with a supplier, distributor or manufacturer.

Salary RangeUSD 16,000 - 18,000 Annually
