Oracle ERP Accounts Payable Lead

Job Description: Job Title : Oracle ERP Accounts Payable Lead Job Type : Full-time / Contract Experience : 5+ Years Location : Hyderabad, Telangana Responsibilities: Experience in Oracle ERP Accounts Payable or a similar finance/accounting role. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, invoice management, and vendor reconciliation.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or similar platforms. Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and reporting. Strong knowledge of financial controls, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Manage the complete accounts payable cycle, including invoice receipt, verification, coding, approval routing, and payment processing. Review and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies, payment issues, and outstanding balances. Maintain and update vendor master data while ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies. Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice and payment-related queries.

Perform month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable. Assist with audits by providing supporting documentation and responding to audit inquiries. Generate, analyze, and maintain AP reports using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company financial procedures. Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation initiatives within the AP function. Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
