Teleperformance is Hiring!!!!!!!!! We are excited to announce an open position for a Technical Support Engineer at Teleperformance. About the Role The Technical Support Engineer will possess a technical understanding of all products.
Responsibilities include researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues promptly and accurately. This role involves providing services to all process merchants and developers, following standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments. Responsibilities Working directly with customers (developers, merchants) and internal teams on post-integration issues.
Troubleshooting technical issues related to client code, libraries, connectivity, and networking. Assisting with the integration and configuration of APIs and products across various channels, including mobile devices. Sharing integration best practices.
Supporting merchant onboarding and account configuration. Communicating live issues to merchants and internal stakeholders, and identifying and submitting defects. Qualifications BS, BSEE, CS or other relevant technical degree. 1+ years of experience in Software Product Development or Technical Support.
Required Skills Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, PHP, Python, or others. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, REST APIs, and front-end technologies is essential. Ability to call APIs and understand client-server communication.
Experience in website Troubleshooting, Technical support and issue resolution Understanding of web technologies and integration concepts and methods Excellent communication and writing skills are mandatory.
