We are looking for an execution-focused Site Manager to lead on-site activities and ensure smooth commissioning and project delivery.
Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end site execution and commissioning of UHP piping, tubing, and utility systems across multiple sitesPlan and manage site schedules to ensure timely delivery within scope and budgetAct as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teamsInterpret and execute drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications accuratelyMonitor daily progress and provide regular updates to stakeholdersEnsure strict adherence to safety protocols, HSE guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirementsManage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment with effective planningIdentify and resolve site issues, bottlenecks, and technical challenges proactivelyCoordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for smooth executionMaintain proper documentation, reporting, and timely closure of activitiesLead, supervise, and mentor technicians and site engineers to drive productivity and performanceGuide site engineers in day-to-day execution and conduct performance reviews with constructive feedbackBuild strong client relationships through regular coordination, issue resolution, and timely project delivery to ensure high satisfactionEnsure full compliance with industry standards, statutory regulations, and company policies across all project activitiesIdentify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution and minimize impact on timelines and costs
Qualification and SkillsB.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) or MBA with 8-12 years of site execution experienceExperience in Semiconductor / Solar / EPC projects / Chemical / Specialty Gas preferredStrong knowledge of UHP piping, cleanroom systems, site execution, drawings & P&IDsStrong leadership, client handling, communication, and problem-solving skills with a safety-first approachAbility to manage teams, multiple sites, and meet deadlinesProficient in MS Office
