Senior Sales EngineerIn this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through both direct account management and channel partner development. You will work closely with customers to understand requirements, promote automation solutions, and manage the complete sales cycle across industrial and project-based environments. Your job:Drive sales growth through assigned channel partners, including joint customer visits and technical supportManage and develop key direct accounts across industries such as steel, automotive, power, heavy engineering, and miningGenerate and convert business opportunities in industrial, channel, and project salesHandle customer interactions, negotiations, and relationship managementIdentify and manage end-to-end project sales lifecycle, including Requirement analysis, technical discussions and specification reviews and Coordination with internal engineering teamsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely proposal submission and order closure and provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction Our requirements:BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics with 4-10 years in Industrial / Channel / Project SalesExperience in Pneumatics, Automation, Hydraulics, Valves, or Process Automation salesKnowledge of industrial automation, PLC, control valves, pneumaticsExperience in channel & direct account management and Ability to handle technical sales and project lifecycleStrong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills
