Role overview & Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales and business strategiesLead multiple sales teams across projectsDrive revenue growth and achieve company targetsAnalyze market trends and competitor activitiesMonitor CRM performance and lead conversion ratesEnsure effective coordination between departmentsConduct training and mentoring for team leadersPrepare business reports for senior management

Qualifications:Any Degree / MBA (preferred)Experience: 8-12 years in real estateProven track record in sales leadership
