Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:1. Verifying the Docs processed by invoicing team with standard procedure2. Generating periodical compliance reports3.
Processing the Internal Branch transfers as per the business requirement4. Work on different audits process of supply chain which involves freight, open Sales / Purchase Orders,local purchase and shipped status.5. Validation of the documents uploaded in the system with standard procedure6.
Serve as liaison with third-party delivery service to coordinate deliveries and resolve problems.7. Provide information and assistance as needed to inventory and warehouse personnel to allow forexpeditious processing of damaged and defective merchandise.8. Bachelors / master's degree with a minimum of 1 - 4years of experience in INTERNATIONAL BPO,specialization in the Order Management is preferred.2.
The candidate should have relationship management skills since the jobwill involve Liaoning with3. customers andUS stakeholders.4. The Candidate should have theability to multi-task, prioritize and ability to learnmore and be flexible.5. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills with alllevels of employees and management.6.
The candidate should haveexcellent PC skills and should be well versedwithMicrosoft Products like Excel,7. Word and Access (optional).8. Goal-oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and Strong problem-solving skills.9.
Strong attention to detail and good follow up skills.10. Ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels with minimal supervisionand assumes accountability for issues until final resolution.1.
