The role requires strong experience with a real estate developer, ensuring design excellence, cost efficiency, and seamless project delivery from concept to handover. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end interior design for residential projects including sample flats, lobbies, clubhouses, and common areasDevelop and review concept designs, layouts, mood boards, and material specificationsCoordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for design alignmentEnsure adherence to brand standards, design guidelines, and customer experience benchmarksDrive value engineering while maintaining design quality and aestheticsReview and finalize BOQs, drawings, and technical specificationsMonitor site execution, ensuring design intent, quality, and timelines are metManage vendor selection, design approvals, and procurement coordinationEnsure compliance with local regulations and safety standardsLead and mentor design teams, ensuring high performance and collaborationKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong expertise in residential interior design (developer-side)Excellent design sensibility with commercial awarenessStrong stakeholder management and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of materials, finishes, and execution techniquesTechnical SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred)Knowledge of 3D visualization tools (Lumion / 3ds Max)Familiarity with BOQ, costing, and vendor managementQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) / Interior Design or related field15+ years of experience in interior designMandatory experience with a real estate developer (not only consultancy)Proven experience in high-rise residential / township projects
