Interior Designer (Luxury Residential & Commercial Construction Projects)

JOB DESCRIPTION - INTERIOR DESIGNER Company: Adira HomesPosition: Interior DesignerExperience Required: 5-6 YearsLocation: Gurugram / Delhi NCREmployment Type: Full-Time RoleAdira Homes is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 5-6 years of experience in premium residential interiors. The candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical knowledge, client-handling capabilities, and experience in executing luxury home projects from concept to completion. The role involves working closely with architects, project managers, vendors, and clients to deliver high-end residential spaces aligned with the brand standards of a premium construction company.

Key Responsibilities Develop creative interior design concepts for luxury residential projects. Prepare space planning, layout designs, mood boards, and presentation decks. Create detailed working drawings including: Furniture layouts False ceiling plans Electrical layouts Flooring layouts Joinery details Kitchen & wardrobe detailing Coordinate with architects, site engineers, and execution teams for seamless project delivery.

Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present design solutions. Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements suitable for premium homes. Visit project sites regularly to monitor execution quality and ensure design compliance.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants. Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and budgets. Stay updated with current trends in luxury residential interiors and materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 5-6 years of experience in residential interior designing, preferably in premium/luxury homes. Strong proficiency in: AutoCAD SketchUp V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape Photoshop MS Office Strong understanding of materials, lighting, furniture, modular detailing, and execution processes. Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong eye for aesthetics, detailing, and space planning. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience handling turnkey residential projects.

Understanding of luxury client expectations and premium design standards. Ability to independently manage projects from concept to handover. Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
