Role Requirements 16-25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Operations delivery Experience supporting Australian clients and willingness to work in Australian shift timings Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, onboarding, requisition & pipeline management Experience in Supermarket Retail and/or Aviation industry preferred Hands-on experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, ATS platforms Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills Experience managing global hiring operations in a hub-and-spoke delivery model Strong understanding of SLA/KPI governance, productivity, and operational excellence Expertise in workforce planning, capacity utilization, and profitability management Experience driving transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives Talent Acquisition Certification and hourly hiring experience preferred Exposure to US recruitment market and hourly hiring operations is an added advantage Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition delivery and hiring operations Drive hiring transformation, innovation, and process improvement initiatives Manage governance reviews, SLAs, KPIs, escalations, and operational performance Partner with client stakeholders on recruitment strategy and workforce planning Lead delivery analytics including hiring trends, productivity, and time-to-fill metrics Drive automation opportunities across TA processes and HR technology platforms Manage global delivery teams and optimize onshore-offshore delivery model Run delivery operations with strong focus on profitability, quality, and client value creation
